We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Insurance and Technology Strategy, a high-impact leadership position in which you will play a crucial role in scaling the business, driving revenue, and shaping company-wide strategy. What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and technology providers.
• Identify new business opportunities, structure major deals, and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, underwriting, and technology teams to enhance offerings and drive adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and high performance.
• Take a hands-on, problem-solving approach to challenges, acting as a key driver in scaling operations and revenue.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build and maintain high-value relationships.
• 50% travel on average during the business season.
What We’re Looking For
20+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a mix of underwriting, technology, and business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching, scaling, or transforming businesses.
Established network of senior decision-makers within carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
Experience working with SaaS solutions, underwriting platforms, policy administration systems, and emerging insurance technologies.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and partnerships.
Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
