We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Insurance and Technology Strategy, a high-impact leadership position in which you will play a crucial role in scaling the business, driving revenue, and shaping company-wide strategy. What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and technology providers.

• Identify new business opportunities, structure major deals, and develop go-to-market strategies.

• Work cross-functionally with product, underwriting, and technology teams to enhance offerings and drive adoption.

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and high performance.

• Take a hands-on, problem-solving approach to challenges, acting as a key driver in scaling operations and revenue.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build and maintain high-value relationships.

• 50% travel on average during the business season.

What We’re Looking For

  • 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a mix of underwriting, technology, and business development.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching, scaling, or transforming businesses.

  • Established network of senior decision-makers within carriers, MGAs, and brokers.

  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, underwriting platforms, policy administration systems, and emerging insurance technologies.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and partnerships.

  • Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
